University, in presence of learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State, submits that the grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed and the order of the writ court has been complied.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the facts and circumstances the present petition may be disposed of with indication that if still any grievance exists, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
