JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 6-4-2014 in a case registered under sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33147 of 2014 (3) dt.09-01-2015 2 / 2 It is alleged that 53 domestic Gas Cylinders out of 307 were seized from the cowshed of Sanjay Rai. It is suggested that the petitioner has sold the Gas Cylinders to one Gopal Choudhary who runs a line hotel.

It is submitted that the Gas Cylinders were recovered from the cowshed of Sanjay Rai and recovery has not been made from the possession of the petitioner and the other accused persons have been granted bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpuf, in connection with Kurhni P.S.Case No. 91 of 2010/Trial No. 624/2013.
