The petitioner is an ex employee of the Biharsharif Municipal Corporation. It has been submitted that he has filed several representation before the authorities concerned,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15720 of 2019 dt.23-08-2019 2/2 indicating several irregularities committed while executing the programme for making the city as smart city. It has further been submitted that he was asked to file an affidavit, in pursuance thereof, he filed the same, but without any positive result. Let the respondent authorities look into the complaint of the petitioner and take corrective measures in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
