The petitioner is in custody since 26.01.2023 in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 51/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

One country make pistol and one live cartridge have been recovered from the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to conspiracy. He further submits that from perusal of the case diary, it appears that no independent witness has supported the prosecution story.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46657 of 2023(2) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 released on bail after completing of nine months in custody, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 51/2023.
