1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to terminate the respondent no. 5 namely Chandan Kumar, who was appointed on compassionate grounds to maintain properly the petitioner and her son who was dependent on the deceased employee in question and as mother is being neglected not maintained properly by her son i.e., respondent no. 5 who undertook in writing that

Patna High Court CWJC No.10534 of 2024(2) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 he would maintain properly the other family members who were dependent on the deceased employee or directing the respondent no.5 to earmark 50 percent salary to the petitioner so that she can maintain herself properly."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2, i.e. the Principal Secretary, Animal and Fisheries Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
