The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 383 of 2016 for offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made against the petitioner that he had caught hold the wife of the Informant and assaulted her with Dabiya.

Looking to the entire fact and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26966 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 petitioner, namely, Gopal Yadav is rejected.

If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will consider his prayer for bail and pass orders in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
