The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 159 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 506, 504, 420, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, by the signature of the petitioner cheque was granted to the informant of Rs. 1,10,000/- which was dishonoured as an application was filed by account holder that the cheque has been lost and further there was no cash amount in that account. The petitioner is the wife of accused Gudda Kesh against whom there is allegation of assaulting and cheating. Learned APP opposes the prayer of pre-arrest bail. In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner above named, in case of her arrest or surrender within four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26759 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Raghubir Prasad, J. M. Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 159 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) avin/- U T
