The injury reports called for from the Superintendents of Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital and Patna Medical College and Hospital have been received by Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhyay, learned APP for the State.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned APP for the State and learned senior counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No.233 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of the dispute and the injury, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within ten weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Biraul, District Darbhanga in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No.233 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
