Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 136 of 2017 registered under Sections406, 420, 379, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Price Chits and Money Circulation (Banning) Scheme, 1978.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner had worked as Data Entry Operator in the company of the informant and when petitioner started demanding his outstanding salary, the present false case has been lodged to evade payment of salary dues that too after delay of two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26833 of 2017 (2) dt.17-07-2017 2/2 months. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 136 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
