In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No.193 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341,323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the F.I.R., Laxman Singh and Deepak @ Mikal, were called the son of the informant, but he replied that he has some urgent work, so he will not go there. Allegation has been made that they have abused and assaulted his son with fist and slaps and when the informant went there to save his son, they also assaulted him with the butt of the pistol. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has not surfaced in the F.I.R., but during the investigation he was implicated in the present case.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26902 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 Looking to the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner-Prince Kumar @ Gulsan Kumar, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No.193 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
