In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Salkhua (O.P. Banma Itahri) P.S. Case No.68 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a simple altercation between the parties. Allegation has been made that the petitioners have forcibly cut the bamboo from the bamboo clamp and when informant objected, they assaulted him.

Looking to the nature of allegation, let the abovenamed petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of
