The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016 for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 353, 332, 307 and 171 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and that the petitioner is alleged to have fled away from the place of occurrence. There is no specific allegation against him. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and that the petitioner has got no criminal history, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27402 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., VIIth , Gaya in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
