JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 16.10.2012, passed in Case No.09 of 2012 by the Member, District Teacher Appointment Appellate Authority, Begusarai, which is under challenge, in this writ application.

The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of
Patna High Court CWJC No.22612 of 2012 (3) dt.08-08-2017 thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law. The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
