In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "That, in the instant writ application the Petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other Writ(s)/ Order(s)/ Direction(s) commanding upon the respondents, particularly the respondent No. 5, to pass appropriate order of Mutation in favour of the petitioner in respect of a piece of lands allocated to his share in the Deed of Partition and to issue rent receipt after accepting rent from the petitioner and within a specified period; And/Or for issuance of any such writ(s)/ Order(s)/ Direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and for doing conscionable justice to the Petitioner."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 02.06.2017 Mutation Appeal Case No. 69 of 201617 has been disposed of by the Court of D.C.L.R., Sadar, Gaya and for compliance of that order the matter is pending before the C.O., Manpur, Gaya (Respondent No. 5). It is submitted that the said order dated 02.06.2017 has not been fully complied with till date and he prayed for a direction for expeditious disposal of the said proceeding.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsels for the parties, Circle Officer, Manpur, Gaya is directed to dispose of R.T.P.S. Case No. M/01368 of 2016 expeditiously, in accordance with law and the petitioner shall co-operate in the said proceeding for early disposal of the same.

6. With the above observations and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
