Mr.Ram Sumiran Rai ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-08-2019 Heard leaned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant and the leaned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehends his arrest in connection with Agrer P.S. Case No. 70 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram.

The accusation is that while informant Vikash Kumar was returning from his field then, in the way, petitioners along with Jagu Mahto having armed with iron rod came near

In that course, Jagu Mahto gave iron rod blow at the head of informant, as a result thereof, he fell down. Thereafter, all caused injury through lathi. When Neha Kumari, sister of the informant, came then petitioner No.3 Parsuram Singh caused injury to him at her leg and stomach. At that time, petitioner No.2 snatched her golden chain.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
