The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 84 of 2016 corresponding to Special (POCSO) Case No. 39 of 2018 registered for the offences under Section 376(D) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

In the present case first information report was registered in 2016 and thereafter during course of investigation role of the petitioner has come in the crime but the petitioner has not yet surrendered in the court below.

In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner is an absconder. In such a case, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. This application for anticipatory bail is
