2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 413, 414 & 34 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against 6 named accused persons including the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the F.I.R. by virtue of the confessional statement of the co-accused. Counsel submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Counsel further submits that the antecedent of the petitioner is clean.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that 2 accused persons have disclosed the name of the petitioner and accepted his involvement in commission of the crime. In view of the fact that the antecedent of the petitioner is clean and nothing has been recovered from his possession.
6. In the present facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made above, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 6 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- 1st, Gaya, in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 309 of 2022, dated 29.06.2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. with condition that one of the bailors shall be the mother of the petitioner.
