Present Cr. Writ petition has been filed with a relief of fare and partial investigation, relating to Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 416 of 2021 lodged under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. Counsel for the State submits that this Hon'ble Court in Surendra Singh Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. Vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1055 of 2022(5) dt.17-03-2023 2/2 09.09.2022 passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 with analogous cases, has made an observation that in such types of cases, the petitioner shall represent the entire matter before the Superintendent of Police and the Superintendent of Police, upon hearing the parties, shall take appropriate decision with regard to the representation made within a fixed time period. In this view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Superintendent of Police within four weeks from today and the Superintendent of Police is directed to take appropriate action in the light of representation made by the above said case i.e. Surendra Singh Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 with analogous cases. With the aforesaid direction, this Cr. Writ petition is hereby disposed off.
