Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504, 506 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Wazirganj P.S.Case No.361 of 2019. As per the FIR, co-accused Pravesh Manjhi inflicted rod blow on the head of Ranjit Yadav, the deceased. Co-accused Shivcharan Manjhi inflicted axe blow on the head of the deceased Ranjit Yadav and co-accused Kandhay Manjhi inflicted rod blow on the deceased. There is no specific allegation on the present petitioner to assault the deceased Ranjit Yadav.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55700 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2022 2/2 that on similar allegation co-accused persons Mannu Manjhi and Sonu Manjhi have been granted anticipatory bail in Cr.Misc. No.15790 of 2021.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S.Case No. 361 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
