After completion of 10 years and 20 years of his services, he is entitled for grant of benefit of first ACP and MACP. In spite of that, he has not been provided the said benefit. Further referring to the Annexure P/2, it is submitted by the counsel that the similarly situtated persons named at serial No. 03, 04 and 21 were also appointed on 06.02.2001 and they were already

Patna High Court CWJC No.11235 of 2025(2) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 granted benefit of first and second ACP. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that raising his claim, he already made his representation before the respondent no. 02 (Annexure-P/ 4) dated 15.04.2025 but no decision has been taken while the concerned respondent yet.

2. Taking into consideration the above submissions made by both the counsels, it would be appropriate to dispose of the petition directing the concerned respondent to consider and decide the pending representation (Annexure- P/4) dated 15.04.2025 as early as possible probably within 60 days from today in accordance with relevant rules and laws.
