JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner has suppressed his criminal antecedent in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Parbatta P.S.Case No.353 of 2017 pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Khagaria. Hence, prayer is refused.
Petitioner is directed to surrender and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41716 of 2018(6) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 pray for regular bail within three weeks.
In the event of surrender of the petitioner, the learned court below shall consider that the parties have compromised the case.
