The petitioner seeks bail in Paharpur P.S. Case No. 40/2014 registered under sections 304, 304(A), 279, 337 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner was driving vehicle rashly and negligently on account of such two persons Sunita Devi and Sonam Kumari died on the spot.

Considering the fact that it is a case of motor accident and on account of negligent driving of the petitioner the accident took place.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34517 of 2014 (3) dt.15-01-2015 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K. Rajak, J.M. Sadar, Motihari in Paharpur P.S. Case No. 40/2014.
