The present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the letter vide no. 916/22 dated 13.08.2022 issued by the Respondent No. 2 whereby and whereunder he has directed the petitioner to deposit Rs. 12,77,076/- within 3 (three) days for the remaining installments of settlement failing which there shall be order of ban in fishing and first information report shall be lodged against him; to adjust the amount of cleaning expenses by the petitioner on the instruction of the respondents; for a direction to extend the time limit of payment of installlments

Patna High Court CWJC No.10117 of 2023(5) dt.19-08-2024 2/2 and lift the ban imposed by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation annexing all the relevant documents with respect to his claim before the Vice Chancellor, Kameshwar Singh, Darbhanga, Sanskrit University, Darbhanga (Respondent No. 1) within a period of four weeks.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file a representation within a period of four weeks. If the petitioner files the representation within the aforesaid period, the Vice Chancellor, Kameshwar Singh, Darbhanga, Sanskrit University, Darbhanga is directed to look the grievance of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of six months from the filing of such representation.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
