JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 At the outset, it is pointed out by the learned counsel for the parties that though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the FIR of Chand P.S. Case No.183 of 2016 registered inter alia under Sections 420, 406, 468, 471 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code, during pendency of the writ petition investigation has been completed and charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional Magistrate. In view of the subsequent development, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order taking cognizance passed by the court below on perusal of the

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.74 of 2017(6) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 police report submitted under Section 173(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
