ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Ishipur Barahat P.S. Case No.66 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the elder sister-in-law of the deceased, who was found dead in a well. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of mere suspicion. It is further submitted that the son of the informant died due to an accident and there is nothing on the record to show any enmity between the parties. Case No.66 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
