2. State counsel accepts notice for the Respondents.

3. Service of notice to 8th Respondent is dispensed since not adverse order is passed against her.

4. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

For issuance of appropriate writ / order or direction commanding the respondents authorities to cancel the selection of the Respondent no. 8 as Anganbari Sevika in Nimuiya Gram Panchayat, Ward no. 6, Center no. 241, BlockMajhagarh, District - Gopalganj. B. For issuance of appropriate writ / order or direction commanding the respondents authorities to select / appoint the Petitioner as Anganbari Sevika on the said Center no.241 Ward no. 6 in Gram Panchayat Nimuiya, Block - Majhagarh, District - Gopalganj.

C. For any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled in the opinion of this Hon'ble Court."

5. The petitioner has already invoked remedy of appeal before the Appellate Authority. The Appellate Authority has not yet decided appeal, therefore, Appellate Authority is hereby directed to take a decision on the petitioner's appeal after hearing 8th Respondent-Sarita Devi.

6. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
