In compliance of order dated 25.04.2017 the Principal Secretary, General Administration Department is present in person.
A third supplementary show cause has been filed today in which learned counsel for the opposite party has brought on record certain orders issued from the Commercial Taxes Department as well as order passed by the Principal Secretary in the General Administrative Department, Government of Bihar in Annexure-C1, which is an order by which the dues towards pension has been calculated and paid by the office of Accountant General, Bihar.
Considering the fact that the aforesaid letter/affidavit indicates substantial compliance of the order passed by this court
Patna High Court MJC No.6701 of 2012 (10) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 and the delay has been attributed to certain technical wrangles occasioned caused in the Commercial Taxes Department and General Administrative Department and this court feels that the present contempt application can be disposed of in view of the payment made. Accordingly, the contempt application stand disposed off.
Personal appearance of the Principal Secretary is dispensed with.
