Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 25.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36239 of 2021.

The trial court report reveals that case is still pending at the stage of framing of charge. Petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, tardy progress of the trial and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiyarpur PS case No.205/ 2020.
