2. The petitioners are aggrieved by their transfers made by an order dated 30.06.2023 issued under the signature of the Joint Director (respondent No. 3).

The submission is that the petitioners have separate and distinct reasons for assailing the transfer and that they would be filing representations separately/individually before Respondent No. 2 (the Director, Directorate of Economics & Statistics, under the planning & Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna) seeking reconsideration of the transfer in light of resolution dated 01.03.2007 issued by the Cabinet Secretariat and Coordination Department, Government of Bihar as well as a subsequent communication dated 03.06.2009 by the same department (Annexures-7 and 8).

If such application is filed by the petitioners within two weeks, it is needless to say that Respondent No. 2 should consider the same having regard to the resolutions and other administrative exigencies or issues relevant. Such consideration should be done within eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order along with the
