The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Baruraj P.S. Case No. 109/2017, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the husband of the deceased. In the written report, there is allegation that after marriage of the daughter of informant with this petitioner in the year 2014, she was being tortured by the petitioner for demand of dowry and on 21.09.2017 she was done to death by administering poison for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is also alleged that the petitioner used to assault the daughter of informant for nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. In the case diary witnesses have

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41120 of 2018 (3) dt.07-08-2018 2/2 supported the prosecution case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
