JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 273 of 2021 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 380, 448 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having considered the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, I find that as per the injury report, the petitioner is alleged to have caused wound by knife. Learned counsel submits that the doctor has stated that the cause of injury is by blunt object. However, this Court finds that the doctor would have no occasion to mention that the cause of injury but he is required to see the nature of the wound on the chop and on the abdomen, which is clearly a sharp cutting

Keeping in view the specific allegation by the injured against the petitioner of having use knife, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
