The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Teghra P.S. Case No.240 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in the present case. On perusal of seizure list, it would be evident that the alleged recovery was made from the cultivating land of Ram Pravesh Singh. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date
