ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/ 148/149/504/341/323/379/307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against these petitioners is of frivolous nature though it is alleged that the petitioner No. 2 had attacked with rifle, so far as petitioner No. 1 is concerned, the only allegation is of snatching a ring and there is no specific allegation against petitioner No. 3 Dinesh Yadav.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27595 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 P2/2 and that these petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saharsa, in connection with Salkhua (Banma Itahari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 264/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
