2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ directing and commanding the respondents to make necessary corrections in the Notification dated 5-6-2012 by which while acquiring the lands in Mauza Bedauli

Patna High Court CWJC No.11762 of 2025(2) dt.24-07-2025 2/3 Khesra Plot no. 387 has been described as Land of Bihar Government;

(ii) for issuance of an appropriate writ directing and commanding the respondents, after making necessary correction in the aforesaid Notification dated 5-6-2012, to pay the petitioners compensation alongwith 100 % solatium and upto date interest according to the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (herein-after to be referred as RFCTLARR, Act 2013) for their land which are part of land pertaining to Khata no. 75, Thana no. 49, Khesra no. 387 of Mauza Bedauli. circle- Bihta and which has been acquired for the purpose of construction of NH 30 in between 181.300 K. M. to 134.600 K. M. (Patna-Buxar) describing the said Kheara/ Plot no. 387 as of the Bihar Government in the Notification instead of the name of the petitioners as the

(iii) for any other relief reliefs of which the petitioners are legally entitled to.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he shall be approaching the appropriate authority in next four weeks.

4. if such petition is preferred alongwith the supporting documents, the same be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
