This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 18.06.2015 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Benipur in Sessions Trial No. 397 of 2014 by which learned ADJ has rejected the petition dated 23.02.2015 filed by the petitioner for discharge for offence under Sections 302, 201, 120B read with 34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to give the status of stage of the case.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed with liberty
