2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 17.3.2023, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 64958/2022.

3. Cause shown in the modification petition is accepted. Petitioner is granted six weeks' further time to surrender and to furnish bail bonds in light of aforesaid order, subject to deposit of Rs.5000/-(five thousand) to the District Legal Services Authority, Bhojpur and to furnish its receipt with the bail bonds.

4. Modification petition is thus allowed to the extent indicated herein.
