Petitioner is accused in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 358 of 2017 registered under Sections 376, 341, 323, 34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that on perusal of F.I.R. itself, it appears that the informant is also a consented party. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 27.05.2019. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
