JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 26.06.2014 on the accusation that he established physical relation with the daughter of the informant on false promise of marriage and subsequently, when the informant's daughter became pregnant the present case was lodged.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the parties have already compromised this case and the petitioner has solemnized his marriage with the informant's daughter. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
