No. 2 of 2015 in the matter seeking quashing of the order taking cognizance. In the present application filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR and the ongoing investigation of the Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 61 of 2013.

In the changed circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition in order to challenge the order taking cognizance by filing a separate application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal
