The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C.R. No. 1108 of 2014 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the complainant. It would appear from the report of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre that petitioner and complainant are already living together peacefully as husband and wife and both are ready to withdraw the all cases pending each other.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2273 of 2017 (6) dt.29-06-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with C.R. No. 1108 of 2014 T.R. No. 3434 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
