JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-08-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 105 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsels appearing for the petitioners submits that the present first information report has been lodged after three months without any explanation. The deceased during course of treatment did not say anything against these petitioners. It has come during investigation that informant, Nawal Kishore Yadav confessed as to how he committed murder of the deceased. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.31307 of 2017(4) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Chausa P.S.
