2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no grievance against the accused no. 5 and 6 namely Raj Kamal Chaudhary and Varun Kumar Chaudhary who are intervenors.

3. It has been submitted by learned senior counsel for the intervenors that a quashing application has been preferred by the accused persons which has been heard by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and the judgment is reserved.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no grievance against the accused no. 5 and 6 in the subject matter of the present writ petition.
