The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.587 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner along with co-accused, Suraj Kumar are said to have killed the husband of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and only on suspicion the petitioner has been made accused in the present case. It is

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submitted that there is ample evidence in the case diary to show the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
