Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Amendment Act, 2018.

Allegation is recovery of 531.720 litre foreign liquor from a vehicle which was being driven by the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.08.2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also in view of the fact that there being recovery of huge quantity of liquor from the vehicle which was being driven by
