The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 302 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 337, 338, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased person and he is in custody since 16.05.2022.

Considering the aforesaid fact, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
