The petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2022 in connection with Tajpur (Halai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 81 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/41(i) (ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 272/273/341 of the Indian Penal Code.

The ground for fresh regular bail by the petitioner is that the petitioner is a physically challenged person and this fact could not be argued by the petitioner earlier due to miscommunication.

Considered the submission of the parties.

If the charge has been framed, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Court No. 2, Samastipur, in connection with Tajpur (Halai O.P.)
