1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents concerned to consider for regularization the service of the petitioner for the post of Sweeper in Municipal Corporation, Bhagalpur in terms of order dated 23.02.2015, passed in CWJC No.1336/2015.

(ii) For issuance of further writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17108 of 2021(2) dt.28-02-2024 2/2 respondents to give consequential benefits i.e. due payment of daily wages for the works already done by the petitioner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-Municipal Corporation, Bhagalpur for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is expected that the case of the petitioner for regularization on the post of sweeper shall be considered, expeditiously.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
