Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, unknown miscreants committed theft of the mobile phone of the informant. Considering the fact that the stolen mobile phone of the informant has been recovered from the house of the petitioner, his prayer for bail is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
