JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 15-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the Informant and learned APP for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 341, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of abduction of daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the victim was recovered and her statement was recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. wherein she has
