The petitioners seek Anticipatory bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act.
Petitioners have agreed to pay Rs. 4,25,000/- to the informant and first installment of Rs. 1,25,000/- will be paid within one months from the date of order and remaining three lacs shall be paid in next three months in three installments of Rs. 1 lac per month. The proposal made by petitioners is

In the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Danapur, in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner shall made payment of Rs. 1,25,000/- within one month and shall make payment of Rs. 1 lacs per month within next three months and after making full payment of Rs. 4,25,000/- as provisional bail shall be made absolute.
